Webizerd provides various IT solutions, including but not limited to custom web development, software solutions, SEO services, eCommerce solutions, and AI/ML integration. The services are tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients, which are defined in the contract for each project.

Before commencing any project, Webizerd will issue a proposal detailing the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs. Upon agreement, both parties will sign a formal contract. This contract shall include specifics such as project milestones, payment schedules, and terms of service. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the original contract may result in extra fees and time adjustments.

Clients are expected to provide timely and accurate information, access to relevant systems, and clear communication to facilitate project completion. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs. Any delays or inaccuracies caused by the client may affect the project timeline or quality, for which Webizerd is not liable.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, Webizerd retains ownership of all intellectual property (IP) created during a project until full payment is received. Once final payment is made, ownership rights are transferred to the client for the specific deliverables outlined in the contract. Webizerd reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information. Webizerd will take appropriate measures to protect the privacy and security of client data, ensuring it is not disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

Payment schedules are outlined in the contract. Typically, a deposit is required before the commencement of the project, with subsequent payments made based on project milestones. If payment is delayed, Webizerd reserves the right to pause the project until payment is received. Webizerd also reserves the right to impose late fees for overdue payments.

The client is entitled to request revisions within the scope of the original contract. Any revisions outside the agreed-upon scope or major changes that alter the project’s direction will result in additional fees and extended timelines. These changes must be agreed upon by both parties in writing before implementation.

Webizerd provides its services on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted service. While we strive to deliver high-quality products, Webizerd is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services. Any third-party integrations or external services used are subject to their terms and conditions, and Webizerd is not liable for their performance.
